You're doing the work of five people. The business still runs on whatever you can get to.

I build the systems that keep a small business running when you're busy doing the actual job — booking, follow-up, CRM, websites, content, and documented process. Built in days, and you own them outright.

No pressure. I'll show you exactly where the gaps are. $500K+ delivered to SoCal businesses since 2023

The real cost

You're paying rent and staff whether that call gets answered or not.

The customer already reached out. They already found you. Most of what a small business loses isn't lost to competitors with better work — it's lost in the gap between someone reaching out and someone getting back to them.

01

The work is the reason

You're great at the job. The job is exactly why the phone, inbox, and DMs go unanswered.

02

It never looks like a crisis

No single missed call feels like a problem. A month of them is a different business.

03

Nothing is written down

Every process lives in your head, so nothing can happen without you in the room.

Who this is for

Built for the businesses that run a community.

If you serve customers in person — behind a counter, on a job site, or in a storefront — this is built around how you work.

Sound familiar?

You're doing everything right and still feel behind.

Worth a call if

  • You're already working every hour you have — and things still slip through
  • Follow-up depends on you remembering. Some nights, you don't
  • You want to own what you build — not rent someone else's system forever

Probably not if

  • You want ads running without fixing what happens after the click
  • You're shopping for the cheapest option — that's not this
  • You don't want anything about how you operate to change

A different kind of conversation

Thinking about your next chapter?

GGP is actively acquiring owner-operated businesses across Southern California. If you're weighing your options for the next year or the next five, let's have an honest, no-pressure conversation.

Who you'd be working with

Built by an operator, not an agency.

I've run the kind of business I build systems for. I don't hand you a strategy deck and disappear — I build the thing, hand you the keys, and show you how to run it. You work with me directly. There's no account manager, because there's no account management layer to pay for.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

A 15-minute call

I look at how calls, bookings, follow-up, and process work in your business today.

You get the map

Exactly where business is leaking and what it would take to close each gap — whether you hire me or not.

Built and handed over

The system goes live, you own it outright, and I show you how to run it yourself.

Before you book

Questions worth asking.

How much does this cost?
It depends which system you need. Booking and missed-lead systems start at $300–600 setup plus $150–300/mo. CRM builds run $2,000–6,000 setup plus $500–1,500/mo. Content and social is $1,000–3,000/mo. Sales SOPs start at $750 one-time. Every engagement starts with a free audit, so you'll know the number before committing to anything.
How long until it's live?
Days, not months, for booking and follow-up systems. Larger CRM and website builds get scoped during the audit with a firm timeline before any work starts.
Do I own the system, or am I renting it?
You own it. Everything is built in your accounts, under your business, and you're shown how to run it yourself. Ongoing support is month-to-month — you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
Do I have to be a certain size to work with you?
No — solo operators just getting started and established businesses scaling past their first hires both work here. The audit figures out which system actually fits.
We already bought software and never set it up.
Extremely common. I'll either get what you have working properly, or recommend a better fit and build it out. No point paying twice for something you already own.
What areas do you serve?
All seven Southern California counties — Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego. In person, not just over Zoom.
